Coming in July, the new "Wine Wherever" app will cover nine major California wine regions including the Central Valley, Mid-Coast, Napa, North Coast, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Sierra Foothills, Sonoma and South Coast, PLUS the states of Oregon, Washington, New York and Texas.
App users can easily locate your featured discount coupon ad by tapping the always-present Coupon button (black buttons at the bottom of the app). Users can search by "All Coupons," "Coupons by City" and "Coupons by Region." Every discount coupon includes a GPS mapping function and telephone and website buttons for users to instantly contact your business!
Users redeem your discount coupon by showing your coupon on their iPhone when visiting your business. Redemption restrictions are included on the header of the Coupon List screen, which will help prevent abuse of the coupons.

Coupon Ad Rules
Coupon Ads are limited to 25 words. Your business name and any discount code you may use for related Internet purchases (i.e., "Use Discount Code WW"), do not count toward the 25-word maximum. Percents (10%) and consecutive dates (22-24) are counted as one word. (See example Coupon Ad below)
We will feature your business name as the header and your business location via our apps' GPS mapping function, as well as button links to your website and telephone.
Sorry, no photos or graphics can be used at this time. We reserve the right to refuse any Coupon Ad we feel is inappropriate for our apps or website. We review and approve every Coupon Ad prior to it being uploaded to a Wine Wherever app.
Coupon Redemption Language
The following redemption language will appear at the top of the Coupon Ad section on each Wine Wherever iPhone app:
"Wine Wherever features special offers from businesses including wineries, B&Bs, restaurants and more. No paper copies of your App coupon required. Show the business owner the coupon on your iPhone for redemption. Limit one coupon redemption per digital device. Each business retains the right to rescind, limit or change its offers."
NOTICE: If we receive reports from our iPhone app users that coupons are not being honored, we will attempt to confirm the reasons why with both parties. If we determine, or have reason to believe, the Coupon Ad is not being honored, Publishing Syndicate reserves the right to remove the Coupon Ad and no refund will be given.

Texas Winery Advertisers Note:
The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Control agency places legal restrictions on what and how Texas wineries can and cannot advertise. Essentially, a winery cannot offer special wine discounts via a coupon or other advertising that aren't readily available to every member of the public entering the winery's place of business. If your coupon ad offers a 10% discount on a case of wine, then you must offer everyone who enters your winery the same discount via a sign or price list.
